This one is so far another highlight for me and one of my most clear, impressive and also longest lucadventures. Kurt Leland told me it was a "big achievement" when I did a short account of it in another forum thread on Astral Dynamics (more on that below under 'Comments'). I couldn't ever bother to disagree. ;-)
This 'achievement' also had some consequences for my private (physical) life. In its aftermath it helped to direct me again towards a (not-so-new!) goal and re-inforced the decision to pursue it (again), a goal I had already considered about 1.5 years ago but dumped at the time. Also here: A little more on this below.
As said I had already told parts of this amazing lucidventure in another thread, but it never was the 'whole story' with all the facts, so it was a "hole story" instead ;-). Here is the "whole story" now:
I start in an almost completely lucid state from my "portal" which has come to be my childhood bedroom. I fly out of the window, which is indeed the 'gate' to the astral. I am flying high over an unknown city. A big one, so it cannot be the small town of my childhood any longer. I notice this. I think to myself, that despite the fact that it looks real I want to do sth else and finally get the idea to 'leave this plane for a higher one'. I do not program any specific target, just 'take me to a higher plane'. So I ask for assistance and start to rise, faster and faster.
First I only see fog. A kind of foggy tunnel with different shades of white and grey.
Then (...wow!) I land in a huge "hall" in a kind of lobby or reception area as it seems. From there on there is no flying anymore, everything becomes physically Earth-like again. And VERY realistic to me. The architecture of this huge dome-like place is intricate and impressive.
My journal entry says that I hurry to get there since I am always aware of the fact that I "am projecting" and might - as usual for me - not have a lot of time before I get hurled back into waking physical reality.
Note: This is the first sign for me in hindsight that I was indeed highly lucid then and I knew about the urgency to explore all of this (fast) since this place was highly unusual and I knew that possibly I would not get another chance to come here again so soon. Therefore ... it's grab all you can. ;-)
I then am 'on foot' since no more flying is seemingly possible or 'allowed' (?) as a rule here. It might also be I just did not think of it anymore because it was all so naturally Earth-like. Even more 'real' and vibrant (in colours) than Earth. So I walk up some steps to a group of people.
There is a kind of 'enrolment procedure' taking place since this is a kind of university I learn or just suddenly 'know'. So it is with freshers being welcomed and introduced by tutors, groups being formed. (In hindsight, note: I did not have to ask for everything, some things just came to me, I just suddenly knew!). It is all like a kind of old and noble university or school.
The group which I join then, seems to be led by a girl (like me then, they all seemed to be in their mid-20ies from their appearance, too!) named Irina or Irene. She seems to hold some papers or a notebook and explains things. I greet her by fully embracing her with my arms, like you do with an old buddy or familiar person not seen for a long time.
So there seems to be initial trust, I wouldn't usually embrace a stranger, neither in physical and even less in non-physical reality. Next to trust, this is also a kind of expression of my joy of 'knowing' that I finally have made it to this very special place. In hindsight, I cannot now rule out the idea that I even felt I knew this place and these people before (hence the trust), as if it was a sort of homecoming. But that is only a slight intuition or 'feel' about it. I cannot remember saying to s.o. of them "hello, it's me again" or "ah, it's you again, how are you?". It was just that feeling of familiarity.
Anyway, despite familiarity with the situation or surroundings I have to ask for their names. I repeat the names then to myself. I do this all as a memorisation technique, with the certitude that I need to 'download' this information into my waking memory. I NEEDED and WANTED desperately to remember their names! (In hindsight: It is another clear sign of my enhanced lucidity and awareness that I asked these people twice or even three times each for their names in order to be able to remember it all when 'back'. I was fully aware of the situation and the needs.)
They were all very patient and nice with me and seem to understand my needs and overall situation. At one point, I told them that I was "not dead" (LOL) and - perhaps even with a little pride - that "I am an astral projector". They smile when I say this and seem to acknowledge this with understanding without being too surprised about this as it seems.
So I keep repeating over and over that "unfortunately I don't have a lot of time before I'm forced to go back". My notes also tell me (quote): "I get nervous of fear that I can't hold it for so long and start moving from one foot to the other to prevent me from 'waking up' and vanishing". I do not myself now remember my footstomping action anymore - which is intriguing as it is a typical human nervousness syptom, isn't it? - but since I recorded this immediately after my return and waking up, I take it for granted.
Three persons (those whose names I asked several times) are Irene/Irina (the 'tutor'), Rafaela (a beautiful woman with even a little lascivious air) and Michael a more calm and serene guy. We talk more and laugh a lot and have friendly chats, but I do not remember the content of it all unfortunately. Except for the names (on which I focussed so hard) a lot has been lost and could not be retrieved as memory.
Then I walk away further, as seemingly arranged and agreed, with Michael who will explain some things to me and show me around. We walk through some rooms of a nearby library. There are some smaller rooms we pass through also, like reading and study groups rooms.
I see other students there, one guy even wears some glasses. This is very intriguing in hindsight, glasses needed in the astral? Quite strange - but maybe type of his personality now or a remnant from a past life in a more recent century that he does not want to drop, maybe also a sign of his intellectual and studying existence and activity here?
The library looks almost old-fashioned and 'classical'. I see shelves full of books, large tomes, old books and skripts, but also in piles on some tables. I do not remember computer hardware or anything, so it resembles more a kind of 70ies or even much earlier library on Earth.
To make sure, I ask my chosen guide's name again. He says 'Michael' again, without being irritated by my obstination with this, when we turn around another corner.
I already seem to know (or he told me?) that this is something like the faculty of Alternative Medicine or even more specifically the department for Homeopathy in this larger library comprising all human knowledge in science and culture, it seems. I also just seem to 'know' this.
Finally we find our target, a little office room, but even this one has a lot of books there on shelves and on the table. We take a seat at a table in comfy armchairs for a talk. The scene is again quite "mundane". Michael starts telling about this place (In hindsight: I forgot most of that) and then begins a talk about 'the history of Homeopathy', maybe even read sth from a book or some note she has. Before that I have already apologised to him in anticipation and told him that I feel that I might not be able to "hang on" here any longer and will be taken back to my reality. It is already an unusually long stay 'out' for me. He is (as all of them) very sympathetic and says that it's okay. I also say thanks for everything and start to listen then.
He starts with the overview on the history of Homeopathy and I am surprised that he does not start with Samuel Hahnemann (the 'inventor' or discoverer of Homeopathy in the 18/19th century). Instead he traces the origins of this type of medicine to something different. I even think he places it into ancient Greek times, but later I don't remember exactly what he tells me in detail. Just that it is 'older' than I thought it was and goes way back in its origins.
However, I only get the first sentences of the 'lecture' / 'presentation'. Then the seemingly unavoidable happens, I start to 'wane'. I see him smile at me, then the scene vanishes and I 'go back'.
I am very fast back in my astral starting point, the "portal". But oh dear, this time I really 'slam' back, something I'd never experienced before. It is really as if I had more 'impact' force falling down from the height of this 'higher plane' !!!
I'm clinging quite literally to the wall (looking like a spider) above my bed in my childhood bedroom (which I call Lightportal, as I am projecting to this place very often, so this time I just 'returned' there from another higher plane projection).
Clinging to this wall I am still shaking and trembling heavily from the 'impact' for a while. It is as if I have to really 'absorb shock' the 'landing' from that place 'on high'. This is strange since one would not expect physical effects like this. But that is how it was! It is dark in the room. Only after the trembling stops I jump down to my bed.
But there is no time for doing more because then I wake up in my bed in physical reality with my usual PREES (post reentry electricity sensations), telling me that was an unusual experience, but I've known that already, of course. ;-)
Comments / Afterthoughts
Some comments regarding my state of lucidity or other elements of the background and later analysis are already given in the text above. I admit I still wrestled a bit afterwards with the fact that I only asked for their names and not for so much more information that could have been retrieved from there.
As a kind of 'validation' I checked on ancient roots of homeopathy. Indeed it turned out that there might be a Greek origin. Hippokrates is often mentioned whose principles also seem similar to some degree ot those of naturopathy although he is also hailed as the first 'modern' medical philosopher and doctor from his writings. Paracelsus who was a medieval doctor and an influence for Hahnemann / homeopathy without doubt ('the dose makes the poison' is his saying) is also mentioned since he has his roots in Greek philosophy and medicine, too. So it is true that even Hahnemann was already standing on the shoulders of giants with his work, so to speak (figuratively and metaphorically).
Don't ask my why I did not ask and memorise other important points, such as what this place exactly is and what my relation to them and this place was. So many questions. But possibly I asked for it and received answers and the memory of it got lost for me.
Once I thought that this whole place might even have been my Higher Self (some say that you also have libraries like soul records / life books there!) and the guys I met my incarnations or aspects, but now I am more convinced that it was a usual educational area with 'other' people. Perhaps it even formed part of the overall (akashic) libary and education system, possibly in what's called Focus 27 by the Monroe Institute, where there is also a 'Library' area.
It is notable how 'real' and 'physical' it all seemed. Many seasoned explorers of the non-physical spiritual realms already reported that the highest levels you can get to as a human projector are even more real than our physical world. And they are stable. And so it also was in my experience. There were no longer any 'reality fluctuations' or created thought forms or fast changing environments or whatever we know from the astral lower realms or our dreams (which might be the same place anyway). It was HYPER-real.
Kurt Leland, author and teacher on Astral Projection and spiritual development (who was also part of that forum back then) placed the library in the 'Mental' plane of the non-physical, which is above the Astral plane. This he told me after I asked him about this experience a few days later (and even before I wrote the it in my official lucidiary) on the forum in another forum thread.
Here is the entire text (thanks to Kurt again even years later, we recently had E-Mail contact again in 2018 for my article on "The Void' and he is and always was a nice and helpful guy!) and the link to that thread. Please note that Kurt is a Theosophist and uses a theosophy-based system for his cosmology about planes and bodies. Also note that 'Volgerle' is a nick I used before I changed it to 'Sinera' on that forum. It is still my avatar name on the Astral Pulse forums by the way.
Kurt Leland on my experience:
This is for Volgerle--
As near as I can tell, your experience was not a simulation at all. You were on the astral plane. There are private and public areas of the Dream Zone. The private areas are reserved for your personal dreams. That's where you started from with the imagery of your childhood bedroom.
The public areas can look like a city. So you were not viewing a physical plane city at all, but a busy and populous astral plane area that you interpreted (or represented to yourself) as a city.
You then ascended through several levels of the astral plane until you reached the lower levels of the next higher plane, the mental plane. Those levels often look like a library or educational area. This is actually a big achievement. You were not in your astral body, but your mental body.
The clouds and tunnel-like effect were intended to make you think of accounts of near-death experiences so you would realize you were making a transition into another body.
When you say that you've stopped being concerned over whether you were in a lucid dream, astral projection, or other altered state, you're outlining the frame of mind I was hoping defectron [edit: another forum member also asking questions, HC] might experience in order to get to the mental plane so he can learn from the akashic records.
The fact that you were willing to ask for guidance is also a good sign. So many projectors try to do it all with their will and never think to ask for help (maybe it's a guy thing, like never asking people on the street for directions when you're lost?).
The next step for you might be to go back to that educational zone and find out more about it. One helpful practice might be to carry the energy hands exercise I described in an earlier post one step further. Ask the energy hands to move from the etheric to the astral to the mental body layer of your energy field, about 18-36 inches from the surface of your skin and leave them there as you fall asleep. Also, do everything you can to remember what that educational zone felt like--that's the energetic ident of the place and can help you locate it again.
Your experience is very exciting, but illustrates another issue I've had to address in my book. Lots of people have AP experiences that take them to the mental plane but don't know what it is or how they got there or that they're in a different body. They get confused because none of the book descriptions of physical plane or astral plane projections fit their experience.
Congratulations!

My Questions / Conclusions from Kurt's explanations:
If this was the lower Mental Plane (educational zone) already and I was in my Mental body does this explain the heavy repercussions when I 'slammed back' into my Astral body in my private area (Lightportal) before waking up in my physical again? it seems so and makes sense.
Is the Lightportal (private Astral) then really a portal to the public Astral when I fly through the window? Again, it seems so according to Kurt's explanations.
So is the tunnel also signifying the changing of the body together with the plane we enter (here: Astral to Mental, then back to Astral, then to Physical body). This also makes a lot of sense to me.
Background, Aftermath & Significance
Some remarks on the background and also the aftermath showing how utterly significant this lucidventure was - and still is today - for me:
One and a half years before this, I indeed already had considered to start a training as an Alternative Health Practitioner including Homeopathy as one of my therapy offerings. So this might explain why my higher/super- or sub-conscious mind steered me to that place and not somewhere else.
It should also be mentioned that exactly around that time for some weeks (Nov 2010) I was visiting a healer for Reconnective Healing, I also was 'reconnected' (= aligned to axiatonal gridlines) then, but a little later in December if I remember correctly.
I considered to become a Reconnective Healer myself and I did indeed in 2015 then. Took me a while, but I did it. Likewise I became a Naturopath trained in Homeopathy and other subjects. It came true ... Maybe that (together with my former intention) also influenced the 'visit' to this destination. And it kindled my motivation afterwards. A kind of mutually reinforcing relationship of intent and dedication was the effect.
Furthermore, around that time in Nov., one night, after a longer talk with someone (guide(s) / Higher Self?) in dream or hypnagogic state, my hands became energy-activated almost 'by command after I was asked for permission ("so let's activate them? ok!")' Immedately then I woke up with tingling/burning hand palms.
Ever since this moment I feel energy (from slight tingling until stronger burns or magnetic tugging, although it's still all bearable and controllable sensations) now almost constantly in my hands. So it stayed 'activated'. My observations prove to me that the tingling gets stronger when I think or write about any spiritual matters, and even more so when I do energy work exercise, healing or self-healing with them!
A fascinating experience altogether. And I love to remember it. I never made it back though. At least so far. But I now while copying and (heavily) editing this in May 2018 noticed that I never tried out Kurt's technique he proposed to me, the one with the energy hands in the range of your Mental Body when you fall asleep or try to project.
I will try it soon. So who knows? It might work now after all. I might return one day.
The saga continues. ;-)

The saga continues. ;-)
